** NEW BIBLE STUDY FORMAT ** The new format for Bible study has begun to bed down now, and I am doing my best to add to what is available all the time. The change will mean that you will always be able to return to the studies and find them; indeed, do them at your own pace. Soon, I hope to make it easier to download devotions or a Bible study of your own choice. (12/02/10)
** STUDY DAYS ** The most recent prayer and Bible day was held last Saturday, March 6th. Jon led us as we took part in some helpful and inspirational worship and prayer, and after this we learned about prayer as ‘devotion’. There is no meeting on April 3rd as this is during Holy Week and the next session will be on May 1st, when the subject will be ‘Intercession’. (09/03/10)
** DEVELOPMENTS ** Following suggestions made on the SURVEY below, I am looking at recording some of the devotions. I hope to put these on the site soon, but what would you value most? At the moment, I record the prayer, meditation, passage of Scripture and Review (I would need help from others to do more!). Would this be helpful? ** PERSONAL ** Thank you once again for your payers. I seem to be constantly weathering storms as I battle with my health. Without your support, I would not feel able to keep going with this project as positively as I must, but with God’s help and your prayers, I feel very confident . I find it inspiring to be working with the Gospel of Luke and hope you are appreciating the studies. (09/03/10)
